<b>frais aff\u00e9rents<\/b>, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par local sinistr\u00e9, est inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal au plafond d&rsquo;abandon de recours fix\u00e9 \u00e0 1 600 \u20ac HT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0552fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0552fc\" le montant des <b>dommages <\/b>et des <b>frais aff\u00e9rents<\/b>, appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par local sinistr\u00e9, est sup\u00e9rieur au plafond de recours et inf\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gal au plafond d&rsquo;application de la convention soit 5 000 \u20ac HT.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b40d229 elementor-widget
