et <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.watio.fr\/guide\/centre-daide\/la-gestion-du-degat-des-eaux-en-copropriete\/la-determination-de-la-tranche-dans-la-convention-irsi\/\">frais aff\u00e9rents<\/a><\/b> par local sinistre <b>inf\u00e9rieur <\/b>\u00e0 <b>1 600 \u20ac HT<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa089d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fa089d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour \u00e9valuer les dommages, l&rsquo;assureur gestionnaire utilise tous les moyens \u00e0 sa convenance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7e9b3a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a7e9b3a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il peut \u00e9valuer, selon les process mis en place au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;assurances, les dommages dans le local sinistr\u00e9 : en <b>gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9<\/b>, sur devis, sur <b>\u00e9tat de perte<\/b> par l&rsquo;intervention d&rsquo;une <b>entreprise agr\u00e9\u00e9e de son r\u00e9seau<\/b>, par <b>l&rsquo;expertise unilat\u00e9rale<\/b>&#8230;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6e3053 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" pour compte commun<\/a><\/b> ou expertise unique est obligatoire, m\u00eame en Tranche 1, d\u00e8s lors que l&rsquo;assureur gestionnaire entend exercer un recours, ce qui est possible dans 2 cas de class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9<\/strong> : le gestionnaire sinistre calcule avec l&rsquo;assur\u00e9 le montant des r\u00e9parations, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un outil d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des dommages. Si le montant estim\u00e9 le permet, il propose une indemnisation de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire de verser directement l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue afin que l&rsquo;assur\u00e9 puisse r\u00e9aliser les travaux lui-m\u00eame. L&rsquo;assur\u00e9 est libre de refuser et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer un mode d&rsquo;indemnisation\u00a0 sur devis, ou d&rsquo;accepter.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Etat de pertes<\/strong> : l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des pertes est un document permettant de r\u00e9pertorier l&rsquo;ensemble du mobilier perdu ou irr\u00e9cup\u00e9rable dans le logement, cette liste du mobilier peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une liste des travaux de r\u00e9novation et de restauration \u00e0 effectuer. L&rsquo;\u00e9tat des pertes n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une simple liste. Cette derni\u00e8re doit \u00eatre la plus compl\u00e8te possible. Ainsi, le mobilier doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 dans le meilleur des cas de sa date d&rsquo;achat, de son prix d&rsquo;achat et d&rsquo;une facture (ou d&rsquo;une preuve).<\/li><li><strong>Entreprise agr\u00e9e du r\u00e9seau<\/strong> : bon nombre d&rsquo;assureurs ont pass\u00e9 des accords avec des entreprises du b\u00e2timent. Si l&rsquo;assur\u00e9 donne son accord pour que les travaux de remise en \u00e9tat de son logement soient effectu\u00e9s par une entreprise du r\u00e9seau de son assureur : l&rsquo;entreprise effectue dans un premier temps un devis qu&rsquo;il communique \u00e0 l&rsquo;assureur. D\u00e8s lors que l&rsquo;assureur valide le devis, l&rsquo;entreprise ex\u00e9cute les travaux et transmet sa facture \u00e0 l&rsquo;assureur qui r\u00e8gle directement l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/li><li><strong>Expertise unilat\u00e9rale<\/strong> : l&rsquo;assureur donne mission \u00e0 un expert qui interviendra seul aux fins d&rsquo;identifier les biens endommag\u00e9s ou d\u00e9truits, d\u00e9terminer les circonstances du sinistre, d\u00e9crire les dommages, les chiffrer, \u00e9valuer la v\u00e9tust\u00e9 des biens, pr\u00e9coniser des mesures conservatoires le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant et indiquer les modalit\u00e9s de remise en \u00e9tat (remplacement ou r\u00e9paration des biens endommag\u00e9s). A r\u00e9ception du rapport d&rsquo;expertise, l&rsquo;assureur proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l&rsquo;indemnisation.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element aff\u00e9rents<\/a><\/b> par local sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 <b>1 600 \u20ac HT<\/b> et inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 <b>5 000 \u20ac HT<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div gestionnaire a obligation, dans la mesure o\u00f9 cette <b>Tranche<\/b> permet l&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.watio.fr\/guide\/centre-daide\/la-gestion-du-degat-des-eaux-en-copropriete\/les-recours-selon-la-convention-irsi\/\"><b>recours<\/b><\/a> de <b>faire proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.watio.fr\/guide\/centre-daide\/la-gestion-du-degat-des-eaux-en-copropriete\/expertise-pour-compte-commun-et-rec-rapport-dexpertise-pour-compte-commun-explication\/\">expertise pour compte commun<\/a> (ou expertise unique)<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a5f41f elementor-widget
